Joanne Simpson established Star Settlements, an Independent Settlement Agency, in November, 2000.

Joanne has in excess of 20 years experience in the Settlement/Real Estate Industry and prior to opening her business, managed one of the largest Independent Settlement Agencies in Perth.
 
Star Settlements team comprises  Wendy Sicari and Cherene Johns, Senior Licensed Conveyancers, each having over 20 years experience in the settlement industry, whilst Joanne's husband Steve, handles the intricate process of settlement handover.
 
Star Settlements are located in Wembley just off the Powis Street Freeway Exit providing easy access to clients living north or south of the river and offering ample parking for visiting clients.
