Star Settlements is a boutique property settlement agency established by Joanne Simpson in November 2000. Joanne has in excess of 30 years' experience in the Settlement/Real Estate Industry and prior to opening her business, managed Jan Simpson Settlements one of the largest Independent Settlement Agencies in Perth. Joanne has the experience and skills to ensure your settlement is completed smoothly.

As a boutique settlement agency Joanne ensures all settlements within the office are personally completed by herself. You will always be able to speak to Joanne throughout your conveyancing transaction.

Star settlements team has a combined 60+ years of property experience in the industry. All team members are licensed settlement agents and PEXA Authorised Specialist.
